So after a view days of kiting down in Langebaan a stupid guy broken my nearly brand new 8m Kite so my mood was a little bit down after that. But in any case we said goodbye and headed off down to Port Elizabeth (PE). After a long day off driving and a short escape to a road ditch we arrived in our new Airbnb. We started the next day with a good breakfast and startet our Trip all over to Plettenberg Bay to visit the coastline, small little villages, endless beaches and a beautiful sunset back at the Cape of St Francis. Day Two started a little bit stressful because Alex left his passport in the Room and to enter a National Park you need to have it with you… so luckily we found some internet where he downloaded his passport from his cloud and we managed it to enter the Addo Elephant National Park. What a great experience! I love Safaris like this if you are in you can drive around and see all this stunning animals in hand reach. We have seen elephants, lions, zebras, antelopes, buffalo and many other animals so a complete day of action. Start point was the main camp and made our way to the south gate Maytholweni. It’s worth it to pay the entrance and see all these animals in ‘Freedom’ ! One thing i have noticed that when you are on your own in such a big park it’s always look after the big tour trucks for the parks because the know where all the animals are… The rest off the day was very lazy because we were both a little tired and knew we had to drive 800km back tomorrow. So starting the day at 7 to get up check out and see whats up in the famous J-Bay. Unfortunately the waves were very small but in any case we got a little view to that Surf mecca. Next Stops Knysna, Wilderness and then a bigger stop in Mossel Bay. Wilderness and Knysna a small villages with big lakes around so perfekt for SUPing or any kind of calm watersport. Mossel Bay is completely the opposite of it a City with the open Ocean waves wind, … We’ve seen there a lot of surfers tourists and fishers and after a short hike up to the lighthouse and some more photos we got back in to the car and drove our last 400 km to Bloubergstrand. We arrived on time and even had time for a small tour of cape town from our host. So thats it for Today I will give you an update in a couple of Days with the first day of the Red Bull King of the Air, …
